Notice & Correspondence

 

Our Store may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address or contact numbers you have provided through our Site. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the domain name browardsuperstore.com  is added to your spam or junk email exceptions and agree to hold our Store harmless for any issues that arise from correspondence that you do not receive due to the filtering, by you or your ISP (Internet Service Provider), of any emails we send you.

If you need to notify Broward Super Store for any reason it must be submitted in writing via email  or post. Any other communication, especially by phone, shall be considered invalid as a means of communicating with our Store on important matters, including, but not limited to, amending or canceling orders, requests to return products, etc. Broward Super Store shall not be held accountable for resolving any issues addressed by means other than those expressly permitted in this Agreement.

 

 

Order Acceptance Policy

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Broward Super Store  reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

In such event that we are not able to supply the full amount of items ordered, and you elect to have our Store ship without the full quantity of ordered merchandise, you will be refunded the amount you paid for those items that will not be included in the order. If you choose not to receive your order less any items we are not able to supply, our Store reserves the right to cancel your entire order and refund you for the full order total paid.

Orders with insufficient or inaccurate information, or that in any other way do not comply or adhere to our policies or order processing guidelines, may be placed on hold without prior notification. We will attempt to contact you by the means provided on your account through our Site and will consider leaving a message, either by phone or email, sufficient notification about your order status. If we receive no response from you within 7 days, addressing the problem with your order indicated in our correspondence, then your order will be canceled and refunded without further notification.

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

For the benefit of our customers, our store attempts to process orders as rapidly as possible. As such, orders may be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment very soon after they are placed. Due to the difficultly of locating orders once they have begun the fulfillment process, we will not be able to make any order changes or cancellations once they have reached this stage of processing.

Please review orders very carefully prior to submitting them and if a cancellation is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that we are able to stop your order before it goes to the warehouse for fulfillment. For orders placed outside our business hours (9a - 5p East  T, M - F), your request for cancellation must be received by email at the following address: corporacionsja2015@gmail.com . Requests for cancellation on orders placed outside our business hours must be received by the beginning of the following business day.

 

Shipping Carrier Delays, Mistake and Problems

 

Broward Super Store WILL NOT be held responsible for mistakes made by shipping carrier under any circumstances.

Broward Super Store WILL NOT  be held responsible for orders after we have fulfilled our end and merchandise has left the warehouse premises, financially or otherwise. 

*If the shipping carrier makes a mistake, and it was UPS that was used, please ask us to file claim on your behalf.  If it was USPS that was used, unfortunately, no claims can be filed. 

*If UPS fails to delivery on a guaranteed delivery service, then, on your behalf, our company can file a claim to recover your shipping costs for a refund on shipping.  Please note that only UPS expedited shipping methods such as UPS 3DAY AIR, UPS 2ND DAY AIR, UPS NEXT DAY AIR, are guaranteed shipping methods.  UPS Ground is not a guaranteed shipping method, actual delivery time may vary.  We are unable to be responsible if you are unavailable when delivery is attempted.  This in no way will be considered delivery date to be late. 

*Refunds on shipping costs will ONLY occur after the shipping company approves your claim and releases funds from their claims process.

*In cases where we are unable to recover compensation from the shipping company, we will not be liable for replacing or compensating your order since items left our warehouse in perfect condition.

Broward Super Store  WILL NOT be held responsible for shipment delays once merchandise has left our warehouse since outside factors such as weather, natural disasters, and accidents are beyond our control.

All material, including the website design, text, logos, graphics, icons and images, and the selection that appear on this website is exclusively the property of Broward Super Store  , unless otherwise stated. Using the content of this site for reasons other than shopping or placing an order without our written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes reproducing, modifying, uploading, posting or distributing any of the material. Any unauthorized use of this website's material may violate copy right, trademark or other laws that could lead to a case of criminal or civil damages. All other applicable rights not stated here are reserved.

 

Typographical Errors

 

In any cases where an order is placed for an inaccurate price due to misinformation from vendor/manufacturer, typo, or misprint, we reserve the right to cancel or discard such orders placed on items with the inaccurate price.  Regardless of the fact that your order has been accepted with or without payment processed, we reserve the right to cancel or discard such orders.  In situations where payment has already been processed on such orders, we will instantly either void the payment if still in time, or process refund back to you via original payment method

 

Taxes

 

All appropriate sales tax will be consequentially applied to orders shipping to the same state where our company remains and performs business, Florida .  You as the buyer will be liable for all corresponding consumer duties and taxes on all orders shipping to locations outside our country.         

 

Returned/Refused packages

If you would like to request a return, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking and shipping fees are not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns must be approved: Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days after approval. Returnable items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition (e.g. unopened and unused). Please use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation for any return items to prevent any lost goods. Any signs of used products will not be approved for refunds and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Packages refused from their destinations or returned to our store after multiple delivery attempts for any reason (including, unavailable during delivery, provided wrong address, incomplete address, etc.) will be refunded without prior notice, and processed according to the following rules:

*Standard restocking fee of 20% will be applied on returned/refused merchandises to cover our operating costs to process and restock the returned merchandise.

*The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Even if the original order was shipped with the free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount. 

*Any return shipping costs and/or customs/duty (For international packages that are returned/refused) charged by carrier for refused/returned package will also be deducted from the refund amount.  All items must be at the original condition Not Used and Not damage.
